General conditions for car rental

Client is asked to read and confirm acceptance of the contract and signing the car rental contract. It must meet all conditions set forth below. The owner reserves the right to refuse to rent a car without explanation.

Age of client:

• Client and assigned drivers, mentioned in this car rental contract must be at least 21 years old and must posses a valid driver license with more than a year old.

Plata:

• Prices for car rentals are in Euro and include VAT and insurance companies. Cash payment is made in advance, $, EUR or RON, at BNR day of payment. Credit card payment is accepted by the commission on the following: Visa, Master Card, American Express 2.5% or 4.5%.
• Delivery of a security rented car of 200-500 euros, depending on class rented car. Returanata guarantee is not customer in case of damage occurring inside or outside the rented car in good running car, including all the accessories fitted to the rented car, according to the protocol signed handover to the delivery vehicle.

Fuel and oil:

• Fuel is not included in the price - it is the client’s responsibility. Rental car is delivered with minimum ¼ diesel or petrol, will be recovered in good condition. Rented vehicle recovery, for lack of fuel, indicated the board, calculate the difference and pay the customer the price of 1 euro \ liter. Oil and vehicle maintenance are charged to the owner rented car rentals.

Car return:

• Delivery and return of rented vehicle at the place, date and time stated in customer and vehicle rental contract without additional costs or fees range city. Rental car delivery and collection can be made at other locations in the country, with the owner and based on an agreed price.  The rented vehicle will be delivered to the customer in good overall condition, without hidden or visible flaws, any information on the conditions of presentation of the car being made in contract. Client will return the rented car with documents, accessories and equipment at the place, date and time specified in the car rental contract. In case of delays announced, up to an hour, no additional charges are levied. In return the rented vehicle with a delay announced between one and three hours from the time specified in the car rental contract will be charged a tariff for an extra half day rental and delays of more than 3 hours to charge an additional fee for one day rental. On the lease expiry date this agreement becomes null and void unless otherwise agreed. The rented vehicle is declared stolen at the police if the delay is not announced.

Using the car rented:

• Customer agrees to drive the rented vehicle respecting the law on public roads. The car will be driven only on roads marked corresponding national or European. DO NOT drive on unpaved country roads unmarked forest or forest roads.
• always keep your keys and slip on you when you are not in the rented car and will not give to another personae that are not in the car rental contract.
• do not overload the vehicle.
• do not use the rented car in races, tests, or to push or tow other vehicles or trailers.
• Perform repairs on the rented car at the approved garages and only with the consent and in accordance with instructions of the Owner shall refund the payment works carried out based on the invoice issued on behalf of the owner, accompanied with the repair estimate.
• will not leave the vehicle open (doors, windows, luggage) with keys inside
• will use the rented vehicle in accordance with instructions for use of the rented vehicle issued by the manufacturer.

Car Rental Insurance:

• Rented vehicle is insured for damages caused to third parties only for the rental period specified in the rental contract. Damage sustained to the rented vehicle, the fault of the customer, are assured to an amount not exceeding the amount of the deposit (200-500 euros).In case of accident is required to report to police who found the damage and will issue a statement of the facts and Authorization of repairs. These documents are necessary for the insurance and vehicle repair. Report to the police is mandatory in all cases: you are guilty, guilty but if you are not involved, the responsible party is identified (eg parking damage in your absence). Without these documents the customer is responsible for the total cost of repairs. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs designated by the head of attracting bear the legal consequences (hull insurance is no longer available). If the rented vehicle will not be returned in the same conditions as to delivery, warehouse (200-500 euros) will be retained by owner, and if the insurance does not exceed the client’s fault damage eg. After the rental period the client remains responsible for payment of fines or other costs subsequently detected even if the contract has expired.

Jurisdiction

• Any litigation in the performance of this contract will be submitted to the competent courts in Bucharest.
